The follow-up to yesterday’s post about the Realism upscale setting in @topazlabs Bloom, I wanted to bring the Brooke images to life and see the impact of the process on video. Through @klingai_official I have to say I am pretty excited by the outcome for realistic looking video (the 4k version is up on my YouTube since this may not translate through IG exactly right). Giving Brooke a break from all the crazy time travel and weird adventures.

Bloom - Realism Upscale @topazlabs

Part one of an experiment I’m trying. Took a bunch of images of Brooke made in Midjourney and upscaled in Topaz Bloom. I was quite impressed at the more realistic skin and hair, and prepped a bunch of images to then run through Kling to see the impact of more realistic input on the video (spoiler: it did make a difference)
Ultimately I want to test more in a narrative short story, but this early test is a good sign. Will be posting video output soon!

Brooke & Betty (The Reunion)

In an alternate reality, Brooke was one of the biggest sitcom TV stars throughout the 70’s and 80’s. With her co-star Betty, they created hundreds of hours of nonsensical sitcom magic. A mismatched pair of roommates that became best friends. Then it all just disappeared - until the big ‘Reunion’ episode, one of the most anticipated moments on TV.

What started out as some Seedance 2.0 testing in @dreamina_ai as a #dreaminacpp playing with a sort of ‘70’s female ‘Odd Couple’ idea turned into pretty much just way way too much fun. Bringing the older versions of Brooke and Betty together was pretty wild too. Another ‘long’ one but what reunion clip show isn’t a smidge too long?

Finding a way to capture and visualize that which cannot be captured. ‘Prism’ is one such journey - a view of meaningless visuals morphing together or something more?

A few weeks ago I was able to test out Seedance 2.0 as a Dreamina Creative Partner and this is one of a number of short films I pieced together. As I like to do when testing something new, I put Brooke through some hurdles, this time tagging along as she jumps through time. The camera movements, the character consistency, the dialogue and audio - everything is really really impressive!

They are rolling this out slowly (so be patient!), but definitely try it when you can.
